Compare Nuura's Blossi Table Mini portable lamp and the In-set dimmable model. Find out which suits your need for flexibility or fixed ambient lighting.
Quick answer
Choose the Blossi Table Mini for portable, cordless lighting indoors or outdoors, or the Blossi Table In-set for a fixed, dimmable lamp with a refined Nordic gold finish.
Portability vs fixed installation
The Blossi Table Mini is a battery-powered, USB-C rechargeable lamp that you can move from the coffee table to the patio without worrying about outlets. Its chrome and clear acrylic design keeps a minimalist look. In contrast, the Blossi Table In-set is a permanently wired lamp with a nordic gold metal finish and mouth-blown glass shade, meant for a fixed spot where you want consistent, adjustable light.
Light control and dimming
The In-set model uses a Triac-dimmable LED card that provides flicker-free light and meets the latest EU energy efficiency standards. This makes it a strong choice for spaces where you need to vary brightness precisely. The Mini does not offer dimming; its light output is fixed, which simplifies operation but limits mood control.
Trade-offs at a glance
- Power source: Mini: battery-powered, rechargeable via USB-C. In-set: hardwired, requires an outlet. Choose the Mini if you need cordless flexibility; choose the In-set if you prefer a permanent installation.
- Dimming capability: Mini: fixed brightness, no dimming. In-set: Triac-dimmable, flicker-free LED. Pick the In-set if you need to adjust light levels; the Mini is simpler but less versatile.
- Design and materials: Mini: chrome metal and clear acrylic. In-set: nordic gold metal and clear mouth-blown glass. The Mini suits a modern, minimal look; the In-set offers a more sophisticated, warm metallic finish.
